  1. Category not reflected correctly if renamed

    I rename some of category to suite my need, but on selection category for budgets and spending pie chard-go deeper name are old ones. Please fix it.

  2. spending statistic - "Go Deeper" feature does not display items assigned with Sub-Category

    ver 8.3.21, Android 11

    I love to use the Spending Statistic report and the Budget to track my expenses. I loved that you now let us create sub-categories. But the Spending Statistic report and Budget do not take into consideration of the expenses tracked under the sub-categories. It does track the expenses tracked under the main categories.

    e.g.
    Main category - Shopping
    Level 1 Sub-cateogry home $50
    Level 2 sub-categories - home decor $10, carpet $20

    when i go to Spending Statistics, the pie chart does show 80$ for Shopping category
    but when i click Go Deeper, i only see…

  4. BRD Account Sync

    I have a problem with my BRD account synchronization, can you please check what could the problem be?
    I'm receiving this message
    "Connection failed. (z4d91W89DnRR)
    The provider does not recognize your credentials.
    Check the possibility of logging into your account on the site"
    But I can connect with these credentials(user name + token) into my web bank account just fine...

  5. Bank Feed Not Updating

    My bank data has not updated for almost one month. This essentially makes the platform useless as I cannot track my spending. I cannot find a way to contact anyone to help me. I have tried logging out, deleting the app and re-syncing all accounts but nothing is working.

    I can't connect to ING Romania. The Bank login page is wrong.
    ING informed me that myaccount.ing.com is not working in Romania.
    Homebank.ro should be used instead.

  8. filtering by 'Unknown' category returns no results

    In the web app, when I view records then filter by category 'Unknown' I get no results. If I clear the filter (All categories) I can see records assigned to category unknown.

    I'm using Firefox on Mac OS (I haven't tried other browsers).

  9. Transfers sometimes miscategorized

    Hello.

    I love using Wallet on Android, but I am having a little trouble with transfers.

    The problem is the following: when I manually enter a transfer from one account to another, sometimes it registers as an actual transfer in the list of records (shows up as 'Transfer, withdraw' in the list), but sometimes it seems that it does not (shows up under the category 'Others').

    The thing is, however, when I open the record to edit it, it is correctly opened in the 'Transfer' tab (as opposed to 'Income' or 'Expense'). And the amount is correctly decreased from one…

  10. After resetting my account I have my old got back with my new data

    Not being able to change my default currency I reset all my data and after configuring my new data I shared again with an old shared account which leaded to a bug.

    The bug is that all my old data is got back with my old default currency.

    I do have now 2 default currency but just the old one is used in the reports and I can't change that.

    Please help me fix that ASAP.

  20. Problem with records when connected to Raiffeisen bank

    Hello, I'm using a premium account for about a year and it was working perfectly until a month or two ago.
    I have my bank account connected (Raiffeisen bank Bulgaria).
    All synced records are now labeled as 'Unknown' and everything is marked as an Income (expenses are also marked as income).
    Will be very grateful if there is some kind of fix because I can't use the app with the current behavior.
