Planned payments implementation
I don't like the way the planned payments are implemented.
I tried this feature, with my mobile phone bill that is more or less fixed in amount. In the FROM field I entered the due date for the bill to be payed (usually 20th day of the month), after which my provider calculates daily interest rate. So this is the final date that my planned payment has to be done, with a DAILY REMINDER option set to WEEK BEFORE. But it is normal (for me, but not for the Wallet app currently) to expect that I can pay the bill earlier (I receive electronically usually at or the first working day after 5th day of each month). Ans so was the case this month. I payed the bill on 13th, but I couldn't mark the planned payment as done. So I made anther entry manually, while the planned payment was still taken into consideration while my monthly spending budget was displayed (it's a budget I created in BUDGETS that includes all spending categories). From 13th to 16th of the current month, I didn't get any reminder to pay the bill, then all of a sudden on the 17th day, PLANNED PAYMENTS INSPECTOR appears on my ALL ACCOUNTS DASHBOARD, showing the planned payment of the bill along with a CONFIRM button. I press the button, and it asks me HAVE YOU ALREADY PAID FOR THIS, to which I press YES. Nothing changes in the ALL ACOUNTS balance, I can't see a new entry, but my CASHFLOW REPORT indicates that I've spent the money to pay the bill (fot the second time, as i already made a manual entry on 13th). This is also reflected in my Monthly spending budget graph which still shows that I have yet to spent XXX ((the amount of my planned bill) cash for the THIRD TIME. Then I realised that WALLET actually created a new entry, but it's only visible from the RECORDS panel (which is good, as this way I can erase it and make the CASHFLOW REPORT make sense.
If all this didn't make much sense to you (although, user stories are a good way to describe how a software should work) let me rephrase it in a wish list:
* teach Wallet that I'm not a robot and that it can;t expect me to pay my bills each month on an exact date (ok, I'm being a little sarcastic here)
* make an option to mark a planned payment done earlier from the date set into the FROM field (yes, I know there is a FREQUENCY option, and I know that this makes things even more complicated when it isn't set to MONTHLY)
* do the crediting of the account set in the planned payment entry, when i say that I've already made the payment
As a bonus, you might start teaching Wallet some "interest rate" stuff, like to calculate the interest rate if I don't pay my bill on time, but also generally, like implement an interest rate calculator (with simple and compound type of interest etc..). It would add another "planned incomes" layer to the whole app, although, truth to be told it might get a but hairy to implement (I work in a bank, and I'm aware how banks can be really "creative" in the ways they calculate it)

There seems to be no option to force a planned payment to happen. Mine should happen today and as of 1.39pm the planned payments still haven't logged. I've set the 20th but there's no option to set the time ON the 20th it should happen.

Could Wallet please add that we can notice the notifications? currently, the notification for planned payment is not visible in my phone!!! it is only visible when I enter into the app!! The worst notification!!!
