I would like to see a 'refresh' button on my synced banked account so I could synchronized all the data in one click. Right now it is kind of buggy and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Maybe this 'sync request' button could solve it :)
I agree with this idea - even better a sync on startup of the app would be great.

I am a new user, unfortunately HSBC UAE bank does not sync. Please update me on whether this can be solved as it is the main reason I have signed up to this service. Regards
Since 1st of January all connected banks are not working. Also wallett also BOard. (Tatrabanka and UniCredit)
When it will work again?
Reconnect is not working, as I don t even find the banks anymore in the list

if paytm payments bank was available for the bank sync in the list it would be better. Also, bank accounts without internet banking do not support bank sync.

One of these two options or both at the same time should be possible, since it cannot be that you have to wait 24 hours to update your accounts and without guarantees that all your movements will be there.
At this moment, Wallet updates the movements in a nightly interval from 2 to 6. Depending on when you access the bank (in my case at 2 o'clock), sometimes movements come in later, so you never have the actual balance. There is at least one button to adjust the balance.
The two possible solutions would be:
- A button that allows you to access and update movements and balance manually on request, such as Spendee and Fintonic.
- That when the application is accessed, it automatically accesses the banks and updates movements and balance as Fintonic does very efficiently.
If they cannot do this, the application loses many points when it comes to its main utility which is the control of household finances.
Syncing 6 different banks from 4 different countries, all have problems, never updates. Since I bought the app, I could only synchronize twice, other than that the synchronization is just running and running and running,...and nothing happens, total disaster in my opinion

even when sync does work, it might miss some records, like it happened with me and revolut.
isn't part of the idea of having this app a "backup" away to double check the finance anyway?

Hey, I would love to your service but unfortunately my main bank (LiberBank) from Spain is not supported.
There needs to be automatic update for bank and credit card sync. I've spent an hour trying to update....its a deal breaker.
I have terrible problems with the bank sync. Transaction show up as uncleared for days/weeks and my bank doesn't sync for days and I have to manually add the account again. Cannot make changes to transactions that have not been cleared by the bank. That means that by the time the transaction is cleared, and I am able to make a note and tag it, I’ve often forgotten what I actually paid for.
I would like support on it works anybody whit experience.. 😁
Absolutely critical to improve this feature. This means smooth, daily updates to account info, Notifications if a synch fails, a way to support rotating security questions, a way to kick off individual accounts or resynch all accounts, add wider bank support, especially loan and credit card suppliers.
Love your product (I even bought a subscription knowing it was flawed!) but several of my accounts refuse to synch despite manually reentering details many time (annoying for people who use long, auto generated passwords - web support would allow the use of password managers) I hope you can become a true Mint rival.

yes. there should be a refresh or update account balance for us to call on at will.. we should be able to update the balance information at least once an hour.
