IMPROVEMENT: Add new payment type (Credit) and display payment type as icon and not text

I will appreciate if you add new payment type Credit.

Used for credit which cannot be transvered to cash, only spent:
- credit charged to season tickets
- all kind of chips
- launch credit

Another improvement of payment types:
- in the list of records - use little icons for payment type (the same as for GPS position or warranty and photo)
- Cash (COIN)
- Credit card (CREDIT CARD)
- Credit (chain of 101010101)
- Transfer (crossed arrows)

    null - because I dont need this new type of payment. Look I know that if I pay from account named Cash that it will be cash, that if Ill pay from my account RB that it will be nocash payement and if Ill use cash machine which is the only one of two ways how to get cash from my account Ill know that its cash, because I have cathegory named cash machine. So from this reason Im unable to find the way when this payment type will not be useless for me. But if it will be there as text as it there now I have no problem to have it there and just ignore it :)

    @PM: we will keep the payment type text. Try add small icon to how does it look like and if it makes sence.

    @PM: yes, we will add "default payment type".

    @PM: Why "null" as a default payment type? Please give us some reasons why to have such a payment type.

    PS: pokud se rozhodnete pro ikony a nepůjde technicky zachovat i text tak prosím aby byla možnost jako defaultně zvolit který typ záznamu to pro nový záznam je a mít možnost zvolit tam null, tzn. aby se tam nezobrazovalo nic. Mimochodem tu možnost nastavení defaultu bych uvítal i v současné verzi, protože nyní mám při každém zadání nového záznamu všude hotově, což ovšem neodpovídá realitě a překlikávat to při každém zaplacení z účtu je otrava...

    Za mě osobně jestli to dobře chápu požadavek je na to aby se místo názevúčtu, Hotově zobrazovala místo textu Hotově ikona? V tom případě jsem proti a prosím aby pokud to tam zapracujete byla možnost výběru zda to chci zobrazovat textem jako v současné verzi nebo ikonou.

    Jde o to že pokud tam bude ikona tak to znepřehlední záznam v přehledu, nebo bude muset být tak malá že to stejně nebude pořádně vidět... Každopádně spolu s tímto mě napadla ještě jedna věc nešlo by u vote udělat i možnost dát mínusový bod, samozřejmě z mého vote poolu? V současné době můžu hlasovat jen pokud se mi nápad líbí, nemůžu hlasovat proti...

    And as for Credit type of payment - we will discuss it internally and wait for votes.
    Credit is not very common payment type here in czech republic, that's probably why we can't decide whether it's good idea or not. Where are you from? Is credit often used there? How do you usualy get your credit? Thanks for you help.
