NEW FEATURE: Forecast with included standing orders
Although standing orders are generated on the day (repeats) it would be good from a reporting perspective / forecast perspective for it to include these potential transactions in the cash flow report.
This will enable people to forecast cash flow for 12 months ahead based on their current circumstances and see the bills in and out from it.
It would be really nice to factor in a what if I spend x every x months to also trend in the forecast report so people can try different scenarios with th
This highly desired feature is currently under development and will be released very soon together with new budget concept.
Highly desired feature for me, because I really like your UI, other features, but this...is the most useful feature for me. Spendee has it.. and I'll take a trial for testing both apps.

Anything new about this?

This is one of the main drawbacks i found on Wallet.
Actually, this is an essential feature for any budgeting app.
This feature is a real deal-breaker. Buxfer and Spendee already have it. Almost every normal personal finance tracking app already has some kind of balance trends and forecasts. It is great competition here and you can lose your position shortly. I just did my personal comparison on features now and you have the best result, but to be the best on everything you need completely working forecasting (I don't believe it is too hard, it is just combining two data sets) and to do something with categories (in the worst case you can divide them to customizable and non-customizable ones and to think of the way to link them if you need them rigid).

Just found out about this app. Coming from Moneywizz, the only thing preventing me from completely switching over is the lack of this feature (or if it has one, I can't find it).
I mean, how hard can it be to implement this? All you need is to simulate all recurring income/expenses up to a user-specified date.
Any update on this from the team?

Yup... This app has ALMOST everything I need, but a really important thing for me to be able to do is see what cash flow is. I have set up all my recurring expenses, so a way to see what the trend is would be great, and possibly the only thing preventing me from purchasing it.
It's a really useful part of the spreadsheet I currently use... i.e. put a virtual expense in (or remove an expense), and see what the impact is on the overall cashflow for the next 12 months.

Is it still not implemented? I think it is an essential for any budgeting app.

The updates are becoming just "Bug fixes" now a days.

Planned payments don't work properly! You CANNOT oblige people to use them until you fix all the problems they have.
After the last update, Wallet became unusable for me.

there's nothing change inside my cash flow after i insert planned payment please Help
Is there an Update on this? In order for this app to be really useful, its needs to be able to have multiple month forecast including recurring transactions.

Budgets should also be added as 'potential transactions' in the cash flow forecast report.
This way one can start planning her/his budgets on top of the forecasted cash flow to have an idea if and how much money will be left at the end of the year.
This is an essential for me. I currently rely on an old app called PocketMoney. I really like the interface and want to move across to Wallet but without a way of forecasting what I will have at the end of the month it's just no use for me day-to-day.
This could easily be done if the budget feature were improved. If the budget module shows your total balance or the balance from the accounts you want to use for the budget, then deducts from that total as you assign amounts to various categories, you will easily be able to see how much you have left after you budget the money for these upcoming expenses. This is what a program like YNAB does, but it's WAY more expensive than Wallet
