BUG: My synchronization is not working? How can i fix it?

Hi Guys, I am unable to restore from backup. Followed your instructions, I get the dailog box for sd-restore which I do, and nothing else happens, no-data!
Any chance of direction? I have a whole year's worth of data as backup which I can't access.

Do you have version of Wallet 2.3.3 or newer from Google Play?
1. Fix of synchronization (reset sync vector):
- Go to Settings-> About.
- Click 3x on the bottom of white space below text. Dialog should appear.
- Click on button to reset sync time.
- Go back to the dashboard and synchronize at least 2 times.2. If you have all your data correctly synchronized on your web account then:
- You need Wallet 2.3.3 or newer (important)
- Close Wallet app with BACK button.
- New backup file is created on SD card in Wallet folder. (check it first).
- Uninstall application.
- Install it again from Google Play.
- Login with your account.
- Wait until all data are downloaded from web acount.3. If you have no web account or your data are not in a good shape on the web account then you should restore SD card backup:
- You need Wallet 2.3.3 or newer (important)
- Close Wallet app with BACK button.
- New backup file is created on SD card in Wallet folder. (check it first).
- Go to Settings-> About. Click 3x on the bottom of white space below text. Dialog should appear. Click on button to SD restore.
- Select your last backup file and restore.
- Synchronize mobile app.
- Check data on the web accout.Place where you should click on the screen:

Synchronization has been fixed for now. There was problem on the server. It was related to the photo upload.
