  1. Missing Banks in WebApp and MobileApp

    Last time i checked the bank list, there was the Raiffeisenbank (Austria) available, now it's not available anymore.

    I checked the bank list on saltedge.com at least there Raiffeisen is listed. As I purchased Premium because of this syncing stuff i wan't my bank back -> (Debit and Credit Card Sync)...

  2. Data LOST (horror story)

    Hello,
    this is a frustrating story (at least for me), but I hope it will be helpful to someone.

    I've been a WalletApp user since 2014. I add my records manually, every day, since then.

    I paid for a lifetime license in March this year.

    I use the app only on my smartphone and, sometimes, I visit the web interface.

    Last September I noticed that ALL the records older than the 14th of July 2020 have lost the category, simply set to “Other”. I’m talking about more than 7000 records!

  3. Please add mBTC and ETH currencies

    Hi,

    mBTC currency is necessary for smaller amounts and ETH is currently not available at all.

  4. DKB sync seems broken

    The integration was disconnected, upon reconnecting (with correct credentials that work fine on dkb.de), it fails with "Invalid login credentials". Check endpoint returns "7907843*Invalid password.".

    I can guarantee 100% that the login credentials are fine. Can you double check with a test account or check logs?

  5. Syncing with many banks stopped working 2-3 weeks ago

    I have been synced to Triodos Bank (NL) and HSBC (UK) for many months, but 2 or 3 weeks ago, the syncing with Triodos stopped.

    When I tried removing and re-adding Triodos, it's not in the list of banks anymore. It seems the list of banks is also the same, no matter which country is selected and many (dutch) banks (that were there before) are now missing.

  6. Bank sync Belgium -> Belfius

    First off, I want to ask why my bank (Belgium -> Belfius) is only available on the mobile app and not the desktop app?

    When trying to connect to the bank I wish to sync my records with (Belgium -> Belfius), after typing my IBAN, it asks me to download the mobile app (which is already installed on my phone) instead of authenticating the request.

    When clicking the download button, it opens google store but asks to download the app instead of opening it as well. I tried clicking download, but it only tells me it is already downloaded on…

  8. my "Credit Limits Utilization" is not accurate

    team, having credit cards in different currencies trough out the app is awesome. reports come at one single currency consolidating and converting BUT the "Credit limit Utilization" although the different currencies are set. it reads total amount without translating to an accurate total. If I have $100 credit (US dolars) and $1,500 credit (dominican pesos) in two CC it shows that my total credit is $1,600 instead of $126 US dollar credit (aprox. convertion).

  10. wrong currency parsing

    Wrong parsing of currency from n26 app.
    Purchases in other currencies are parsed to be in the default currency of n26, for example:
    200 BRL = 30.64 EUR is parsed as 200 EUR in the wallet app.
    The major problem is that it's not possible to edit spendings i.e changing the currency to the correct one.

  11. Connecting to ABN and KNAB does not work

    I cannot connect to My Dutch ABN AMRO bank accounts and my KNAB bank accounts. With ABN I get errors doing it on my laptop, and with the app i get sent to a website with errors (se attached print screens). With Knab I cannot login, because the app does not get opened, and login in with username and password requires a code generator which I never received from Knab.

  12. Planned payments are Doubling (And I want PC controlled planned payments) My planned payments are going off twice.

    My planned payments per week for say 50 dollars every thursday is going off twice as two 50 dollar incomes. All payments are doing so.

    Also, would love to be able to adjust planned payments on pc

  13. Add back the support for incomes in badget

    I am having the following usecase. All of the utility bills I pay include also the costs from my parents house. Once a month they pay me the money represeting their share of the bill. With the budgeting feature I track my expanses and so their expense is not a concern for me. And until after version 8.0 that was easy as ao could add that income transaction to my budget which would nake sure that their costs are subtracted from my budget.     Currently when a linked bank's record is imported, the time is automatically set to 1:00.

  16. Bugs with imports

    After exporting my data from the Android app I found two bugs during importing which prevent me from importing my data :(
    - All categories are converted to "Holiday, trips, hotels"
    - Incomes are converted to expenses

    I hope this will be fixed soon because I can't import my data.

    I deleted my account because there was an error with bank sync, the app wouldn't function and ask for refresh because of that.... More thank a week same story.
    No one looked at it, what you want me to do ? To keep paying you for things that don't work?
