    Mint provides this functionality and yes it's a feature that is must for any serious budgeting app. For example, fuel expenses budget cannot be the same every month due to price fluctuations, variability in driving conditions (with AC/without), distances etc. It is only logical to have rollover budgets for such categories.

    Similar issue here, cannot reset my pin or disable pin login as I forgot the old pin
